Be dedicated and be consistent!

If you aspire to become a great player, you can prove it to yourself by being consistent in your training. Everyday, find a way to get outside or go to the gym to work on your body and to work on your basketball skills. WORK!!! Sometimes you have to motivate yourself to get out there on your own and do something to get better. If you want to perform in games, get your body in shape and make sure that you are practicing everyday, even when others have found more fun things to do.

Be dedicated and be consistent! Train your mind and body to perform.
