Group Training

Learn the fundamentals of basketball. We will utilize innovative drills to improve dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defense, agility (footwork), positional responsibilities and conditioning.  The sessions are 1 hour long and are separated by skill level - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

1-on-1 Training

Need to work on a specific area?  Our 1 on 1 sessions will enhance the group sessions by concentrating on the area(s) that your player would like to improve. Shooting, defense, ball handling, conditioning, etc.  Sessions are 1 hour.

Each session is $25
